• History — keep your generated outputs saved and accessible as an ongoing proposal workspace.

The output is designed to be structured, clear, and aligned with professional design communication rather than generic AI writing. You should still review and adjust before sending — but the starting point is significantly stronger than a blank page.

Yes. You can cancel from your billing settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

Founder pricing stays with your subscription while it remains continuously active. If you cancel and subscribe again later, the current public price at that time may apply.

No. Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-compliant provider. Archculator does not store or access your full card details.

No. All outputs — including proposals, fee ranges, and AI-assisted suggestions — are assistive drafts only. They are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific context. Results will vary depending on your inputs, project type, complexity, and local market conditions. Archculator does not warrant the accuracy of any generated content.

No. Fee guidance outputs are indicative reference points only — not professional valuations, quantity surveying assessments, or commercial commitments of any kind. They are generated based on the parameters you provide and should be treated as a starting point for your own professional judgement. You must independently verify all figures before presenting them to clients or using them in contracts.

You are — entirely. Archculator assists with structure, drafting, and positioning, but all generated content must be reviewed, validated, and approved by you before any client-facing use. Final scope definitions, fee decisions, commercial commitments, contractual terms, and all professional and business decisions remain solely your responsibility. Archculator accepts no liability for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

No. Archculator is a drafting and structuring tool. Nothing generated by Archculator constitutes architectural advice, legal advice, financial advice, quantity surveying, or any other regulated professional service. If you require professional advice, consult a qualified professional.

No. Archculator does not use your private workspace content to train its own AI models. Your data remains your data.

Archculator uses OpenAI to support AI-generated outputs. When AI features are used, relevant input data is processed securely for the purpose of generating the requested result.

Archculator supports 8 output languages for both Proposal Builder and Fee Guidance: English, German, French, Spanish, Chinese(Simplified), Arabic, Turkish, and Russian. Select the language before generating. Note: Arabic PDF export is not currently supported — use DOCX or Copy to clipboard for Arabic output.

Fee Guidance covers 12 global regions: United Kingdom, United States, Australia & New Zealand, Western Europe, Türkiye, MENA (Middle East & North Africa), Eastern Europe, Southeast Asia, Latin America, South Asia, Africa (Sub-Saharan), and Global / Other as a fallback. Each region uses a separate rate card calibrated to local market conditions.

We store account information, saved outputs, and usage information needed to operate the service. We collect only what is necessary to run the product, secure accounts, and manage subscriptions. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Yes. You can schedule account deletion from Account Settings. There is a grace period during which you can restore the account before deletion becomes permanent.

Connections use HTTPS/TLS and protected API routes are verified server-side. Access to sensitive and admin functionality is controlled with authentication, authorisation checks, and additional safeguards. See our Security Overview for more detail.
