By accessing or using Archculator ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

The Service is intended for professional and business use only.

Your use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy, Security Overview and (for business customers) our Data Processing Addendum.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for compliance with all laws applicable to your use of the Service.

4. Description of Service

Archculator provides AI-assisted drafting and workflow tools for architecture and interior design studios, including proposal creation, fee guidance, and AI proposal support.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Ensuring that information you provide is accurate and up to date

We are not responsible for unauthorised access caused by your failure to safeguard credentials.

6. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity
• Do not bypass usage limits or security controls
• Do not reverse engineer or copy the platform
• Do not use automated scraping tools
• Do not upload malicious software

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service, other users, or our systems.

7. AI Output Disclaimer

Archculator provides AI-generated content strictly as drafting assistance for architecture and interior design professionals. All outputs — including proposals, fee estimates, scope descriptions, timelines, and suggestions — are generated automatically by AI and are intended as a starting point only.

We make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, professional suitability, legal compliance, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all generated content before it is used in any professional, client-facing, or contractual context. Using AI-generated content without adequate review is done entirely at your own risk.

8. Fee Guidance Disclaimer

Fee guidance outputs generated by Archculator are indicative estimates only. They are produced algorithmically based on the parameters you provide and do not constitute a professional valuation, quantity surveying assessment, market appraisal, or commercial commitment of any kind.

Fee estimates may not reflect current market conditions, regional pricing norms, local regulations, project-specific risks, or any other factors relevant to your situation. Actual project fees may differ materially from any figures generated by the Service.

Archculator accepts no liability for any financial loss, contractual dispute, client disagreement, or commercial damage arising from reliance on fee guidance outputs — whether used directly, modified, or presented to clients without independent professional review.

You must independently verify all fee figures against your own professional knowledge, local market conditions, and applicable regulations before presenting them to clients or using them in any contractual or commercial context.

9. No Professional Advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, tax, architectural, quantity surveying, or any other regulated professional advice. AI outputs are not a substitute for independent professional judgement and should not be relied upon as such. You should obtain independent professional advice before making decisions that may have legal, financial, or contractual implications.

10. Automated Processing

Outputs are generated automatically without human review by us. Archculator does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects solely through automated means. You remain responsible for all decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content.

11. Subscription & Billing

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except where required by law.

Payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store full card details.

Founder pricing: any discounted or locked-in founder rate applies only while your subscription remains continuously active. If you cancel, your founder rate ends. If you re-subscribe later, the then-current price will apply.

Prices displayed on the website may be exclusive of applicable taxes. Where required by law, VAT, sales tax, or other similar taxes may be added at checkout based on your billing location and applicable regulations.

12. Intellectual Property

Archculator retains ownership of the platform, software, branding, and system architecture.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You may use generated outputs for lawful professional purposes.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create security risk, or if payment fails.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Archculator shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages including loss of profits, revenue, data, opportunity, or reputational harm.

We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on AI-generated outputs — including fee estimates, proposals, scope descriptions, or suggestions — without independent review and verification by the user.

We shall not be liable for any commercial loss, client dispute, or contractual consequence arising from the use of fee guidance outputs, whether used directly or after modification.

Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount paid by you in the preceding three (3) months, or (b) £100.

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Archculator from claims arising from misuse of the Service, use of AI-generated outputs without adequate review, reliance on fee guidance outputs in client or contractual contexts, or violation of these Terms.

16. Compliance With Laws

You may not use the Service if subject to sanctions or located in a jurisdiction where such use violates export control laws.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

18. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Archculator and supersede any prior agreements.
